Amulet of Torture
This Amulet requires 75 HP and it is purely offensive, giving the highest melee attack bonuses of any neck slot item, but with no defence bonuses. It is also tied with the amulet of strength for giving the highest strength bonus in the neck slot.
Necklace of Anguish
Requiring level 75 Hitpoints to equip, it is a purely offensive neck slot item, offering the best-in-slot Ranged attack and Ranged Strength bonus.
Heavy Ballista
The heavy ballista is a two-handed ranged weapon that uses javelins as ammunition, requiring level 75 in Ranged and the completion of the quest Monkey Madness II to wield. The heavy ballista has a special attack, Concentrated Shot , which it shares with the light ballista. It performs an attack with 25% increased accuracy and damage. The special attack consumes 65% of the player's special attack energy.
Light Ballista
The light ballista is a two-handed ranged weapon that uses javelins as ammunition, requiring level 65 in Ranged to wield. The light ballista has a special attack, Concentrated Shot , which it shares with the heavy ballista. It performs an attack with 25% increased accuracy and damage and uses 65% of the special bar.
Zamorakian Spear
The Zamorakian spear requires an Attack level of 70 to wield. The Zamorakian spear has a special attack, Shove , which it shares with the dragon spear and Zamorakian hasta. It pushes an opponent back and stuns them for three seconds, consuming 25% of the player's special attack energy. Most notably, it is the strongest spear to use against the Corporeal Beast.
Zamorakian Hasta
To make or wield it, you must have completed the Fishing and Smithing parts of Barbarian Training (This requires 55 Fishing). The Smithing section requires you to finish the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. Like the Zamorakian spear, the hasta requires an Attack level of 70.
Viggora's Chainmace
The chainmace requires an Attack level of 60 to wield, and shares similar bonuses with the dragon scimitar, with the chainmace being a crush weapo. When Viggora's chainmace is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% melee accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether the player hits or not. Attacking with the mace outside of the wilderness will still consume charges.
Abyssal Bludgeon
This item requires Level 70 Attack and Strength to equip this weapon. The abyssal bludgeon has a special attack, Penance , which increases damage dealt by 0.5% for every prayer point that the wielder is missing, consuming 50% of the wielder's special attack energy.
Malediction Ward
The malediction ward is a mage-class shield that requires at least 60 Defence to wield. It offers the fourth best magic attack bonus for the off-hand slot in the game, succeeded by the mage's book, the ancient wyvern shield and the arcane spirit shield.
Odium Ward
The odium ward is a range-class shield that requires at least 60 Defence to wield. It offers the third best ranged attack bonus for the shield slot in the game, succeeded by the dragonfire ward and the twisted buckler.
Twisted Buckler
Equipping the buckler requires at least 75 Ranged and Defence, and offers the best ranged attack bonus for the off-hand slot in the game. It also has some of the best Magic defence in its slot.
Ancient Wyvern Shield
The ancient wyvern shield is a magical shield requiring a Magic level of 70 and a Defence level of at least 75 to equip, as well as having started Dragon Slayer I. To charge the shield, players will need to use fossils or numulites on the shield
Dragonfire Ward
The dragonfire ward is a ranged shield requiring a Ranged level of 70 and a Defence level of 75 to equip, as well as having started Dragon Slayer 1. The ward offers two special effects: it acts like a regular anti-dragon shield in terms of dragonfire protection, and it also protects against the icy breath of Wyverns. The quickest and easiest way to charge an uncharged dragonfire ward is using a vial of powered bottled dragonbreath on it.
Infinity Robe Set
This set will include all Infinity Items such as; Infinity Hat, Robe Top, Robe Bottoms, Gloves, and Boots. this item requires 50 Magic and 25 Def to wear.
Uncharged Toxic Trident
The trident of the swamp (or uncharged toxic trident when uncharged) is a powered staff requiring 75 Magic to wield. the trident possesses a passive effect in which successful hits with either the built in attack or a manually cast spellbook attack, have a 25% chance of inflicting venom on their opponent. In order to use the trident's magic spell, it must be charged with various runes, holding up to 2,500 charges runes include 2500 chaos rune, 2500 death runes, 12500 fire runes and 2500 Zulrah Scales
Thammaron's Sceptre (u)
The sceptre requires a Magic level of 60 to wield, and shares the same bonuses as the master wand, although it cannot autocast Ancient Magicks. When Thammaron's sceptre is charged with revenant ether, an additional 100% magic accuracy and 25% magic damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether the player hits or not. This effect will stack with a slayer helmet or a salve amulet, but not both simultaneously.
Master Wand
The master wand is tied the second-strongest of the wands, requiring 60 Magic to wield. It is one of the few weapons able to autocast Ancient Magicks.
Staff of the Dead
The staff of the dead requires 75 Magic and 75 Attack to wield. It is one of the few items that boosts the player's magic damage, boosting it by 15%. The staff has a special attack, Power of Death , that halves all of the opponent's melee damage, consuming 100% of the player's special attack energy.
Staff of Balance
The staff of balance is a bladed staff which requires 75 Attack and 75 Magic to wield. he staff has a special attack, Power of Death , that halves all of the opponent's melee damage, consuming 100% of the player's special attack energy.
Mystic Smoke Staff
The mystic smoke staff is the most powerful smoke elemental staff, requiring 40 Attack and 40 Magic to wield. It provides unlimited amounts of air and fire runes as well as the autocast option when equipped.
Brimstone Ring
There are no requirements to equip and it provides the combined offensive and defensive stats of the un-imbued archers, berserker, warrior, seers, treasonous, and Tyrannical rings.
Serpentine Helm (uncharged)
The helmet requires 75 Defence to wear. Its defensive bonuses are comparable to those of the Barrows helmet. It requires Zulrah Scales to be charged; 11,000 scales to fully charge the Helm
Berserker Necklace
This Necklace increases the amount of damage the wearer does when wielding an obsidian melee weapon (Toktz-xil-ak, Tzhaar-ket-om, Tzhaar-ket-em, or Toktz-xil-ek) by 20%. However, in exchange it lowers the wearer's melee accuracy and your defences against all combat styles. This bonus stacks with the bonus provided from wearing the Obsidian armour set (helmet, platebody, and platelegs). It also stacks with slayer helmet and Void Knight equipment. Has no requirements to wear.
Ring of Suffering
This Ring requires 75 HP to wear. The ring can also be charged with rings of recoil to give it the recoil effect, renaming the item as the Ring of suffering (r) . A maximum of 100,000 charges, equivalent to 2,500 rings, can be stored. Note that if the ring is discharged, the rings stored will not be refunded.
